Who we are

What we collect
From the application form: your name, designation, company details, email, mobile, city, state, GSTIN if given, desk size, languages and experience. Our server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser, time) for security and spam prevention.
Why
- To assess your application and contact you about the project
- To prepare agreements if you proceed
- To protect the site from abuse
We rely on your consent on the form and on steps you ask us to take before an agreement. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
Who sees it
Akontec' partner team and our email and hosting providers acting for us.
How long
Applications that do not proceed are deleted within 12 months. Partner records are kept for the agreement and as the law requires afterwards.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may ask to access, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent or raise a grievance at support@akontec.com.
Cookies
No tracking or advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server.
